Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga focusing on the flow between movements, rather than the individual poses. Vinyasa yoga classes tend to be more vigorous but can adapt to all levels of practitioners.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a relaxing style of yoga practice that leaves you feeling open and refreshed. Restorative Yoga is suitable for all practitioners regardless of physical fitness or yoga experience.

Partner/Couples Yoga
Learn to deepen your yoga practice and connection to your loved ones.. You and your partner will help each other to stretch, strengthen and relax physical, mental, and emotional tensions and..have fun! No previous yoga experience is necessary.
